Delete Account

This will permanently delete your account and all your data: events, wish lists, albums, media, subscriptions, and support history. This action cannot be undone.

How to delete

In the Event Notes app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm with your password. Your account and data are deleted as soon as you confirm.

No access to the app

If you can't sign in, or you've already uninstalled the app, email us from the address linked to your account: support@eventnotes.kg. We'll process the deletion request manually.
